Most guidebooks mention the biblical sites of Jordan, the comfortable weather and the friendly people already in the introduction, but they also mention the general problem of the middle-east: what is security like, due to the unpredictable nature of politics and everyday life.
We can also find the history of our young country, its administration and public situation in most guidebooks, so I will not elaborate these.
I presume that before deciding about spending your holiday in Jordan, you will try to get as much information as possible about the country, the people, the sites and customs. According to my experience so far, I think that most tourists who have already visited us, returned home satisfied with much more pleasant experiences than expected and are already planning their next trip to Jordan.
Jordan is an absolutely secure country; tourists are welcomed happily everywhere. The religious laws of the Arab world are not so strict in Jordan since these – with a very few exceptions – do not apply to tourists. Therefore the city tours, fun and recreation stay undisturbed.
Due to its geographical location the country has sea coasts, mountains and deserts. Thanks to its small territory, the entire country can be seen during the course of a few days, visiting the most famous sites.
